Retired heavy equipment operator
PHILADELPHIA Services for Ronald C. Luke will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel with the Revs. Lawrence Pool and Andy Stoddard officiating. Burial will be in Coy Methodist Church Cemetery in Neshoba County.
Mr. Luke, 72, of Preston, died Thursday, July 1, 2004, in his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served in the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include his daughters, Kathy Smith of Hazlehurst, Ga., Carol Lowther of Surrency, Ga. and Lora McDonald of Preston; sons, Mark Luke of Savannah, Ga. and Charles Luke of Memphis, Tenn.; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; sisters, Polly Cumberland of Philadelphia and Marceline Luke of Preston.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Retired
Services for Joan C. Irby will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Barham Chapel, with the Revs. Jim Meadows and Marty Harper officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Irby, 71, of Meridian, died Friday, July 2, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be Monday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
