Williams, Clark

Mr. and Mrs. John David Williams of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Gayle, to Kirby Griffin Clark, son of Barbara Clark and H.K. "Bo" Clark, both of Meridian.
The couple will marry on Sunday, March 14, 2004, aboard the Carnival Conquest cruise ship in New Orleans.
Miss Williams is the granddaughter of Esther Williams of Waynesboro and the late John Sharp Williams, and the late Dan and Pearl Freeman of Waynesboro.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Clarkdale Attendance Center and received a bachelor's of business administration in marketing from Mississippi State University.
While at MSU, she was a member of a social sorority and Pi Sigma Epsilon.
Miss Williams is employed by Communi Group.
Mr. Clark is the grandson of the late Evelyn and Roy Griffin, and the late Hettie and Dumas Clark, all of Meridian.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Southeast Lauderdale High School and received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Auburn University.
While at Auburn, he was a member of the Auburn Tigers baseball team and the Philadelphia Phillies Organization.
Mr. Clark is employed by Kansas City Southern Railroad.
A reception will be held aboard the cruise ship following the ceremony.
