Services for Dorothy R. Neal will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. W. Otis Seal officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Neal, 83, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was retired from General Box Company and Neal Wrecker Company.
Survivors include her sons, Jerry Neal and his wife, Peggy, of Meridian and James H. "Jimmy" Neal and his wife, Norma, of Alabaster, Ala.; grandchildren, Kathy Duncan of Madison, Todd Neal of Meridian and Jeff Neal of Alabaster; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Neal.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Slay, Eulus Dyess, Billy Rogers, Todd Neal, Jeff Neal and Howard Nester.
Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial services for J.W. Farrior will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Farrior, 87, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003, at Regency Hospital. His body was donated to medical research. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army during World War II and was in five major battles including, the Normandy Beach Invasion and the Arden Forrest Battle. He was a retired engineer from the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad. Mr. Farrior was active in politics for many years and was a member of First Baptist Church. At the time of his death, he was helping his daughter support an orphan in Honduras through Evangelistic Missionary Crusades.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Farrior; children, James White, Rhonda White, David White and Mark White; a daughter-in-law, Theresa Farrior; a granddaughter, Tiffany Britt and great-granddaughter, Mackenzie K. Britt.

SEBASTOPOL Services for James Brunson will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Milling Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jerry Holmes and Larry Duncan officiating. Burial will be in New White Plains Cemetery in Conehatta.
Mr. Brunson, 62, of Sebastopol, died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2003, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Brunson of Sebastopol; a daughter, Belinda Parker and her husband, Rickey, of Morton; sons, Jamie Brunson and his wife, Linda, and Randy Brunson, all of Sebastopol; sisters, Rachel Leach of Union and Bernice Lofton of Newton; two brothers, Joe Brunson of Union and Bobby Brunson of Pearl; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

YORK, Ala. Services for Herbert D. Stanford will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Bumpers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack White officiating. Burial will be in Ashbury Methodist Church Cemetery in Amory at 3 p.m.
Mr. Stanford, 70, of Livingston, Ala., died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003, at Hill Hospital in York.
Survivors include his wife, Luceal Cantrell Stanford of Livingston; a son, James Paul Pate of Telliquah, Okla.; a daughter, Linda Sue Jurkovac of Austin, Texas; six brothers and six sisters; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Services for Mary P. Howze will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in Quitman with the Rev. Willie Hood Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
Mrs. Howze, 92, of Stonewall, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2003, at Heartfelt Hospice.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Green and her husband, Johnnie, of Stonewall; sisters, Janet Applewhite of Chicago, Ruby Brown of Newark, N.J., Lizzie Atkins of Tampa, Fla., Lucille Dunn of Jacksonville, Fla., Carrie Jones of Lake City, Fla., and Jean Bailey of Tampa; and one grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands.
Visitation will be Friday 6 p.m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hopson, 95, of Lauderdale, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2003, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Survivors include her daughters, Jessie Fortner, Vastie Knight Nelson and Essie Moore, all of Lauderdale; sons, James Anderson of Meridian and Willie Lee Hopson of Lauderdale; 24 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be Friday 7 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Windham, 92, of Chicago, formerly of Collinsville, died Friday, Sept. 19, 2003, at Kenwood Nursing Home.
Survivors include her sister, Elberta Lewis and her husband, Dolphus, of Collinsville; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son and five siblings.
Visitation will be in Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church.

Services for John Anderson will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Unity Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Anderson, 77, of Meridian, died Monday, Sept. 22, 2003, at Heartfelt Hospice. He was a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his daughters, Linda Houston of Meridian, Edna Anderson and Mary McGrew, both of DeKalb, and Ruby Willis of Ocean Springs; sons, Robert Anderson of California, Willie Drake of DeKalb and Johnny Anderson of Wilmington, Del.; a step-son, Wallace Drake of Syracuse, N.Y.; a sister, Annie Mae Adams of DeKalb; a brother, Samuel Anderson of Meridian; 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Friday 5:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
