Mr. and Mrs. Talmadge Daniel Jones of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacquelin Danielle, to Tim Anthony King Jr., son of Betty Harper King of Meridian and Tim Anthony King Sr. of Sunbright, Tenn.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 22, 2002, at 3 p.m. at West Hills Baptist Church in Meridian.
Miss Jones is the granddaughter of the late Roy Alexander and Mary Katherine Alexander and the late Joseph Talmadge Jones, all of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and is attending Meridian Community College.
Mr. King is the grandson of David P. Harper and the late Elizabeth Harper, and Ruth Wynn and the late Jack Wynn.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received an associate's degree in nursing from Meridian Community College.
He is employed by Alliance Health Center.
A reception will be held at the church after the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
