McCary, McKee

April Michelle McKee of Meridian and Christopher Brian McCary of Collinsville were married Saturday, May 19, 2001, at Fellowship Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Jimmy Williams officiating.
Parents of the couple are Jeffery and Susan McKee of Meridian, and Ricky and Teresa McCary of Collinsville.
Grandparents of the bride are Hollis McKee of Bailey, Joyce Stephens of Meridian, and the late Jennie McKee and Billy Stephens.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are James Rosco McCary and Rose Moseley, both of Meridian, and the late Mable McCary and Edward Moseley.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Judy Snodgrass, pianist; Chris Davis and Susan McKee, soloists; and Greg and Patty Ball, sound.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
She wore a full, chapel-length white satin gown featuring venise and lace appliques detailed with sequins and seed pearls. The wide scoop neckline, as well as the princess skirt, featured venise trim. Her headpiece was an Alenum crown with two tiers of elbow-length illusion.
Maid of honor was Jennifer McCary, sister of the groom, of Hattiesburg.
Other attendants were Brandi Eakes, cousin of the bride, of Houston; and Ashley Jones, cousin of the bride, of Meridian.
Jordan Jones, cousin of the bride, of Meridian, was flower girl.
The father of the groom was best man.
Groomsmen and ushers were Chris Davis of Bay St. Louis; Brandon Moseley, cousin of the groom, of Meridian; and Adam Taylor and Lyle Wallace, both of Collinsville.
Tanner Goldman of Meridian was ring bearer.
Bubble girls were Mallory Pace of Meridian and Courtney Warren, cousin of the groom, both of Bailey.
Program attendants were Morgan Johnson and Jennifer Chesney.
A reception was held in the family life center of Fellowship Baptist Church following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Emily Little Dean, Angela Buie, Olivia Hodge, Morgan Johnson and Jennifer Chesney.
After a honeymoon in Holiday Isle, Destin, Fla., the couple resides in Meridian.
