    Peyton-Christopher Blayne, a son, was born to Lisa Thomas of Meridian on Feb. 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
    Kierra Brianne, a daughter, was born to Marquita and Duane Pitre of Needham, Ala., on Feb. 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
    Mrs. Pitre is the former Marquita Presley.
    A son, Peyton Elliot, was born to Sheila Pilgrim of Philadelphia on Feb. 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
    Ronald Early Mays Jr., a son, was born to Stephanie LaShone Bell of Bellamy, Ala. and Ronald Mays Sr. of Lisman, Ala., on Feb. 5, 2001, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
    Shawn Alex, a son, was born to Tina M. Holmes of Clarke County on Feb. 5, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Maternal grandparent is B. J. Pearson.
    Ley and Holly Fletcher of Meridian announce the birth of a daughter, Lindsey Pate, on Feb. 5, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Paternal grandparents are George and Betty Fletcher of Huntsville, Ala.
    Maternal grandparents are Bill and Peggy Hearn of Huntsville, Ala.
    Mrs. Fletcher is the former Holly Hearn.
    Ta'Lishia Ariana Chaney, a daughter, was born to Falon Chancy and Ronny Carlisle, both of Meridian, on Feb. 5, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    A son, Christopher Jace, was born to Clay and Holly Arthur of Union on Feb. 5, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Paternal grandparents are James C. Arthur of Walnut Grove and Anita M. Arthur of Meridian.
    Maternal grandparents are Davis and Elaine Sharp of Union.
    Mrs. Arthur is the former Holly Sharp.
    Dezmin Vasean Patrick, a son, was born to Alisha Shunell Norman on Feb. 5, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ray Roberts of DeKalb announce the birth of a son, LaDarrius Ray, on Feb. 5, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Paternal grandparents are John and Gustavia Roberts of Philadelphia.
    Maternal grandparents are James Ray and Addie Jean Rush of DeKalb.
    Mrs. Roberts is the former Marilynn Jeanette Rush.
    Madison LeeAnn, a daughter, was born to Roland and Lisa Jay on Feb. 6, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Jay is the former Lisa Usry.
    Tamia Simone, a daughter, was born to Shani and Bobby Ruffin of Lisman, Ala., on Feb. 6, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Paternal grandparent is Melinda Lee Ruffin of Lisman, Ala.
    Maternal grandparents are Herman and Louise Poke of York, Ala.
    Mrs. Ruffin is the former Shani Poke.
    Ethan Aubrey, a son, was born to Gabe and Gina Gunter of Meridian on Feb. 6, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Paternal grandparents are Lamar and Debby Gunter of Meridian.
    Maternal grandparents are William Felks Jr. and Lynn Presson, both of Meridian.
    Mrs. Gunter is the former Gina Felks.
    Kirby Lishman, a son, was born to Kirby and Carmen Heathcock of Waynesboro on Feb. 6, 2001, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Paternal grandparents are Isaac and Ann Heathcock of Waynesboro.
    Maternal grandparents are Fernando and Carmen Reyes of Matamoros, Mexico.
    Kayin Adjatay Vanqis, a son, was born to Tony and Gwendolyn Payton on Feb. 6, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Payton is the former Gwendolyn Lanks.
    Craig and Jenny Hertel announce the birth of a son, Joseph Peyton, on Feb. 6, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Hertel is the former Jennifer Jackson.
    Sierra Kendall, a daughter, was born to Larry and Robin Welborn on Feb. 7, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Welborn is the former Robin Elizabeth Kendall.
    A son, Kenneth Walker, was born to Ken and Paige Peden on Feb. 7, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Peden is the former Paige Metzler.
    Jasmine Eliza, a daughter, was born to Jessica Williamson on Feb. 8, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    William and Buffie Waller announce the birth of a daughter, Nyla Nikol, on Feb. 8, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Waller is the former Buffie Marie Tuggle.
    A son, Justin Blaze, was born to Justin and Shavon Howard on Feb. 8, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Howard is the former Shavon White.
    Kelsey Leigh, a daughter, was born to Greg and Debbie Cosgrove on Feb. 9, 2001, at Riley Hospital.
    Mrs. Cosgrove is the former Debbie May.
