Garrison is 2025 Miss Dream Girl

PHIL CAMPBELL – Phil Campbell High School student Lydia Garrison won Homecoming Queen previously and received an additional title when she was crowned this year’s Dream Girl in the annual PCHS pageant at Northwest Shoals Community College.

“Being named 2025 Dream Girl is such a special honor, not because of a title, but because it represents something much deeper,” Garrison said.

“This honor represents the chance to lead with purpose, serve with heart, and represent the place that made me who I am. Phil Campbell is more than my hometown, it is my home, my inspiration and the community I hope to give back to for the rest of my life.”

Garrison shared her gratitude to those who have helped her along the way.

“To my parents, family and teachers, thank you for being my biggest blessing. Your love, sacrifices and constant encouragement have shaped every part of me. I carry this honor with gratitude, knowing it is not just about who I am today, but about the difference I hope to make in the days to come.”

Pageant coordinator Taylor Godsey said all the pageant participants performed well.

“I am so proud of all the contestants who participated in our Dream Girl pageant this year,” Godsey said. “I have enjoyed watching them work so hard to prepare this week. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work behind the scenes and our sponsors for their generous donations that made our pageant such a success.”
