East Franklin, Phil Campbell win junior high championships

The East Franklin Rebels beat the Phil Campbell Bobcats in the finals of the junior high Franklin County baseball tournament, 6-5.

The game was tied at the end of regulation. Two Phil Campbell errors scored the winning run for the Rebels.

In the junior high softball Franklin County championship, Phil Campbell defeated Tharptown, 7-3. They were the only two teams in the tournament.
