Costumed friends and neighbors take to the streets of Russellville for the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce’s annual Pumpkin Palooza. The festival offered trunk or treat, a scarecrow trail, live entertainment, pumpkin contests and more for a safe, family-friendly evening downtown.
