Grand jury returns indictments

The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

· Kyle Baker, 33, Phil Campbell. Pedestrian under the Influence and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Curtis Bragwell, 67, Russellville. Drug trafficking, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree.

· Max Bryant, 55, Phil Campbell. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription drugs.

· Ramano Craig, 26, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Robert Garrett, 32, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Rogelio Garza, 27, Russellville. Destruction of property by a prisoner.

· Crystal Harper, 33, Hodges. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Felicia Hester, 57, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Matthew Lewis, 22, Ripley, Miss. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Brandon McCalpin, 31, Red Bay. Chemical endangerment of a child.

· Lance Moore, 20, Russellville. Burglary third degree, theft of property first degree and possession of marijuana first degree.

· Shaneece Pagan, 29, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Amber Page, 33, Tuscumbia. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· David Palmer, 51, Tremont, Miss. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Dusty Parker, 34, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

· Samuel Parker, 27, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, burglary second degree and possession of marijuana first degree.

· Francisco Pascual, 28, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· John Pate, 33, Dennis, Miss. Possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Christopher Payton, 33, Vina. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Kevin Phillips, 41, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Kurtis Phillips, 34, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Whitney Pickett, 34, Golden, Miss. Possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· David Presley, 25, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Richard Price, 46, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

· Tracy Prince, 47, Phil Campbell. Promoting prison contraband second degree, illegal possession of prescription medication, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
