Richard William Shawn Epnett, 43, Russellville died Oct. 15. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Service will be at 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Spruce Pine Cemetery.
