Chamber welcomes new member

The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce has welcomed a new member: Sitel Group.

Sitel Group works to enhance customer experiences through business process outsourcing, digital CX, training and talent management, technology and innovation and consulting and analytics. Sitel Group is located in Hamilton, and Chamber executive director Cassie Medley said the business wants to be more involved in Franklin County.
