Campers will receive quality instruction on topics like pitching mechanics and drills; throwing fundamentals; hitting mechanics and drills; infield play by position; fly balls and outfield play; baserunning and sliding; speed; and agility.

Current RHS baseball players will be assisting with the camp alongside instructors Jay Stanley, an RHS graduate and assistant baseball coach; Corey Flanagan, an RHS graduate and assistant baseball coach; Jess Smith, an RHS assistant baseball coach; Matthew Duncan, an RHS graduate and college baseball player; and Nathan Sawyer, an RHS assistant coach.

Head coach is Chris Heaps, who has coached for more than 20 years and won several championships.

The camp fee is $75, and there is a $10 sibling discount. Checks should be made payable to RHS Baseball. Applications and fees can be turned in the day of the camp or mailed to RHS Baseball/Chris Heaps at 1865 Waterloo Road Russellville, AL 35653.
