    Franklin County Grand Jury returns indictments

    The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

    • Kevin Allen Barret, 27, Vina. Burglary second degree, domestic violence third degree, criminal mischief third degree and harassment.
    • Zachary Edward Bilek, 26, Russellville. Theft of property second degree.
    • Rebekah Leanne Black, 37, Jasper. Trafficking in illegal drugs, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Demario Lovell Brewer, 26, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree.
    • Sommer Ford Brooks, 38, Tuscumbia. Illegal possession of a credit/debit card.
    • Sommer Ford Brooks, 38, Russellville. Eight counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card theft of property third degree.
    • Kimberly Broyles, 38, Sulligent. Theft of property third degree.
    • Allison McKenzie Bullen, 24, East Lake. Chemical endangerment of a minor.
    • Felicia Blackburn Burfield. 28, Tuscumbia. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Christopher Michael Burney, 41, Vinemont. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Kenneth Wayne Campbell, 61, Phil Campbell. Use of false identity to obstruct justice.
    • William O’Neal Campbell, 47, Tuscumbia. Theft of property first degree.
    • James Allen Chapman, 44, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

    • Charles Allen Doss, 57, Terrorist threat.
    • Jerome Wayne Douglas, 30, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying brass knuckles.
    • Tina Louise Edwards, 44, Russellville. Criminal conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime.
