Franklin County Grand Jury returns indictments

The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

  • Genoa A. Aigner, 47, Sheffield. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription medication, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jeffery Blue, 53, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Ana Maria Brooks, 21, Tuscumbia. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Max Albert Bryant III, 28, Haleyville. Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.
  • Max A. Bryant Jr., 53, Phil Campbell. Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.
  • Connie Mae Cody, 58, Green Bay, Wis. Murder, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Robert Anthony Dye, 28, Florence. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
