    Franklin County Grand Jury returns indictments

    The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

    • Genoa A. Aigner, 47, Sheffield. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription medication, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Jeffery Blue, 53, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Ana Maria Brooks, 21, Tuscumbia. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Max Albert Bryant III, 28, Haleyville. Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.
    • Max A. Bryant Jr., 53, Phil Campbell. Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.
    • Connie Mae Cody, 58, Green Bay, Wis. Murder, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Robert Anthony Dye, 28, Florence. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Cody Michael Fuller, 23, Phil Campbell. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Curtis Eugene Goodloe, 56, Sheffield. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine.

    • Lauren E. Greaves, 22, Russellville. Two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
    • Jerry Matthew Green, 33, Russellville. Burglary third degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and theft of property fourth degree.
    • Brian Alvin Grimes, 48, Golden, Miss. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    • Magen Latrish Grissom, 33, Phil Campbell. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Benny Hamilton, 67, Russellville. Two counts of discharging a firearm into an unoccupied building and reckless endangerment.
    • Qiana Deeann Harris, 38, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree.
    • Lucian Hernandez Lopez, 32, Russellville. Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old.
    • Randy Charles Hill, 50, Russellville. Theft of property first degree.
    • Terry Charles Lee Hill, 37, Russellville. Burglary first degree, assault first degree and discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
    • Brandon Wayne Holland, 21, Hamilton. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree.
    • Markeise Hollingsworth, 28, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine.
    • Christopher Hubbard, 41, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Chelsie Nichole James, 24, Cherokee. Trafficking in methamphetamine.
    • Cara Beth Kimbrough, 28, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
    • Lawrence Wade Landers, 41, Vina. Burglary second degree, theft of property fourth degree, unlawful imprisonment second degree and harassment.
    • Lowell Landers, 57, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Robert Steven-Bruce Lee, 30, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
    • Samantha Danielle Lovelace, 22, Tuscumbia. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree.
    • Claudia Vyvyan Martinez, 22, Russellville. Chemical endangerment of a minor.
    • Lisa Marie McDonald, 41, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Cory Ray McIllwain, 32, Phil Campbell. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing third degree.
    • Tammy Mercer, 44, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Danny Lynn Miller, 56, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Randy Lynn Morgan Jr, 32, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Jacob Dewayne Poores, 27, Vina. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Joyce Patrice Pounders, 43, Russellville. Theft of property first degree.
    • Elvis Adam Presley, 32, Florence. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.
    • Gregory Wayne Presley, 38, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
    • Scott Brady Pugh, 35, Red Bay. Three counts of rape first degree, sodomy second degree, three counts of rape second degree, sodomy first degree and three counts of incest.
    • Gerson Rodriguez-Ventrue, 35, Russellville. Use of false identity to obstruct justice and driving without first obtaining a driver’s license.
    • Tonya Taylor, 42, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Brandon Wayne Thomas, 26, Phil Campbell. Violation of community notification act.
    • Rickey Don Thorn, 39, Belmont, Miss. Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance within three miles of a school.
    • Ronnie Shane Vandiver, 39, Russellville, Theft of services third degree.
    • James Alan Wayteck, 22, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree.
    • Sharan Denise Wellington, 46, Russellville. Two counts of attempted assault first degree, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, resisting arrest, illegal possession of prescription medication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Andrew Noah Wiginton, 20, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
    • Amanda Gail Williams, 39, Vina. Criminal conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime.
    • Van Willingham, 67, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine, two counts of production of obscene matter, two counts of possession of obscene matter and two counts of dissemination or display of obscene matter.
    • Virginia Wilson, 35, Russellville. Theft of property first degree.
    • Casie Marie Winborn, 29, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
