Franklin County Grand Jury returns indictments

The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

  • Taishun Kendale Abernathy, 21, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, chemical endangerment of a minor, unlawful possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jerry Joshua Alexander, 37, Double Springs. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
  • Jason Floyd Baker, 38, Phil Campbell. Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and public intoxication.
  • Jeffery Dewayne Baker, 54, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jason Daryle Bates, 42, Vina. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree.
