Aderholt announces Russellville office hours

Congressman Robert Aderholt announced last week that district field representative Kreg Kennedy will be in Russellville April 17 to provide assistance to those who might need help with federal issues or casework.

“With a district that stretches across the state, it can be difficult for people to travel to our district offices to discuss their issues and concerns,” said Aderholt. “By bringing district staff into local communities, we can reach out to people who otherwise couldn’t get assistance.”

Kennedy will be at the Russellville City Hall from 9-11:30 a.m. to assist residents unable to visit one of Aderholt’s four district offices.

Some of the most common questions, Aderholt said, are about Social Security, Veteran’s Affairs and Medicare. A list of the services provided by Aderholt’s office can be found at www.aderholt.house.gov.

“My job is to serve the people of the Fourth District of Alabama,” Aderholt said. “We’re constantly looking at ways that we can do this job even better. This is an excellent opportunity for folks to come and discuss their issues with Kreg, who will help me begin the process of finding solutions for them.”
