Franklin County Grand Jury returns indictments

The following are the most recent indictments returned by the Franklin County Grand Jury:

  • Rachel Raquel Alexander, 25, Russellville. Chemical endangerment of a minor, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Anthony Dewayne Baker, 36, Bear Creek. Two counts of theft of property first degree, burglary third degree and criminal mischief third degree.
  • Curtis Edward Aurturo Bakley, 29, Vinemont. Kidnapping first degree, attempted assault first degree, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief third degree.
  • Brittany Kaylen Barnett, 20, Russellville. Two counts of chemical endangerment of a minor.
  • Hunter Cole Beck, 18, Muscle Shoals. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of prescription medication, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without first obtaining a driver’s license.
  • David Lee Bickerstaff, 60, Tuscumbia. Resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Nicholas Allen Boyd, 39, Russellville. Theft of property third degree.
  • Ana Maria Brooks, 21, Tuscumbia. Resisting arrest, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Anthony Ray Chaney, 43, Russellville. Theft of property first degree and arson second degree.
  • Roger Keith Colburn, 39, Russellville. Breaking and entering a motor vehicle, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft of property second dedgree.
  • Richard Allen Cole Jr, 33, South Paris, ME. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
  • Jordan Marie Cooper, 29, Russellville. Illegal possession of a credit/debit card, receiving stolen property third degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, use of false identity to obstruct justice and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Tevin Deontae Cross, 24, Russellville. Unlawful possession of marijuana first degree.
  • Laronna Davis, 42, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Chalis Everett, 31, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Charles Alexander Ewing, 26, Golden, Miss. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Edwin Francisco, 27, Russellville. Reckless endangerment, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, resisting arrest and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Jesse Domingo Francisco, 28, Russellville. Assault second degree.
  • Kyle Scott Franks, 33, Tuscumbia. Criminal conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime.
  • Jerry Matthew Green, 33, Russellville. Two counts of theft of property second degree, burglary third degree and criminal mischief third degree.
  • Brian Keith Hamm, 45, Red Bay. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jeffery Hamm, 35, Russellville. Breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property fourth degree.
  • Richard Ellington Hartline, 43, Red Bay. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, illegal possession of alcoholic beverages, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
  • Uriel Zuniga Hernandez, 19, Russellville. Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree.
  • John Berry Hester IV, 40, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Ashley Nicole James, 28, Russellville. Chemical endangerment of a minor.

  • Clark Norman Kendrick, 42, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, attempted assault first degree, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless endangerment, obstructing governmental operations, driving on roadway laned for traffic, no seat belt, failure to stop at stop sign, reckless driving, possession of a forged instrument, use of false identity to obstruct justice.

  • Lisa Marie McDonald, 40, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and criminal conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime.

  • Stephen Shane Powell, 35, Russellville. Two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting prison contraband second degree.
  • Dylan Leon Prince, 25, Russellville. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Alphonzo Deboise Riley, 28, Nettleton, Miss. Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree.
