Carl Stephen “Too” Mitchell II, 24, of Haleyville died Feb. 14. Visitation will be Feb. 16 from 5-7 p.m., and the funeral will be Feb. 17 at 10 a.m., both at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.
