Mazel Rachel Winstead Saint, 75, of Phil Campbell died Jan. 20. Visitation will be Jan. 23 from 6-8 p.m. at Spry Memorial Chapel. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 24 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Spruce Pine Cemetery.
