Kenneth Wayne Lesley

Kenneth Wayne Lesley, 58, passed away Oct. 20 at his residence. He was born in Fulton, Miss., and was a salesman for L & L Gas Company for 35 years. He attended Friendship Baptist Church, Red Bay.

Services will be Oct. 22 at 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Billy Nichols officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Red Bay. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, will be in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are two children – Adam Lesley and wife Summer of Belmont, Miss., and Sarah Sibley and husband Tyler of Grove Hill; two grandchildren – Lillian Lesley and Dawson Lesley; his parents – Charles and Dorothy Lesley of Red Bay; one sister – Kathy Holland and husband Randy of Red Bay; his grandmother – Ollie Roxie Turner of Fulton, Miss.; and two nieces – Kristin Nunley and husband Gannon and Lauren Nichols and husband Shane.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, Joshua Wayne Lesley, and grandparents, Audie Turner, Barto Lesley and Eunice Howell.

Pallbearers will be Mike Turner, Shane Nichols, Gannon Nunley, John Holt, Jason Ivy and Donnie Jackson. Honorary pallbearer will be Cooper Nunley.

Visitation will be Oct. 21 from 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
