Celia Diane McClellan
Celia Diane McClellan, age 71, Russellville, passed away Oct. 18 at Burns Nursing Home.
She was a wonderful mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. Her only grandson was her world.
The visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Oct. 20 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Bro. Jim Lumpkin officiating. Burial will be at Duncan Creek Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pinkney Wilson and Ruth Turbyfill; brother, Jerry Turbyfill; and sister, Bonnie Reese.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Harold Andrew McClellan; sons, Jerry McClellan and wife Vanessa Smith and Marcus McClellan and wife Heather; grandson, Landon Marcus McClellan; brother, Forrest Turbyfill; sister, Bobbie Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
The pallbearers will be Jeff Snider, Dale Smith, Donnie Fugate, Rickey Murray, Gary Harrison, Jermie Malone and Thomas Swinney.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of Burns Nursing Home, Alacare Hospice and special nurse Kevin Brewer for the love and care of Mrs. McClellan.
