Delmar L. Montgomery

Delmar L. Montgomery, 76 years old, of Russellville, passed away Aug. 4 at his residence in Russellville.

Mr. Montgomery was born Aug. 15, 1940, in New Mexico.

Parents are father James Montgomery, mom Lily Landfair Hill and dad Luke Hill.

Survivors include his children, Wayne Montgomery and wife Tonya, JoAnn Hallman, Kathy Cherry, Karen Gilliam and husband Danny and Nathan Montgomery and wife Sue; his 11 grandkids; 19 great-grandkids; and siblings, Bart Montgomery of Alamogordo, N.M., and Bonnie Sue Whitehead of Altus, Okla.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Edwin Montgomery, Deloras Taylor, Hershey Montgomery, Quinton Montgomery, Billy Hill and Travis Montgomery; and son-in-laws, Gary Hallman and James Cherry.

Memorial services will be held Aug. 7 at Gray Rock Congregational Methodist Church on Highway 40 in the Oak Grove Community from 2-4 p.m. with Bro. Curtis Taylor officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Gilliam, Rodney Watkins, Andy Hallman, Joey Bean, Braylin Hallman and Jase Hallman.
