Jewell Brunice Hargett

Jewell Brunice Hargett, 85, of Belgreen, passed away May 24 at Russellville Health Care in Russellville. A Franklin County native, she was a faithful member of Belgreen Church of Christ.

Visitation for Mrs. Hargett will be May 25 from 5-8 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. A graveside service will be held May 26 at 10 a.m. at New Friendship Cemetery in Belgreen. Officiating will be Jarred McCrary and Jackie Richardson.

Mrs. Hargett is survived by her children: Cheryl Hargett Foster, Gary and wife Judy Hargett and Jeff and wife Annette Hargett; sisters: Oleta Stranahan and Betty Berrier; and two grandchildren, Spencer Hargett and Darby Hargett. She is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cosey Hargett; son, Terry Hargett; parents, John and Ora Palmer Harmon; a sister, Ann Freeman; and brothers, Johnny and Bobby Harmon.

A special thanks to the Russellville Healthcare staff, where our mother was a resident, and to the nurses with AseraCare Hospice.
