Cynthia Darlene Torrence

Cynthia Darlene Torrence, 52, passed away March 5 at her residence. She was born in Itawamba County, Mississippi, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church.

Services will be March 7 at 11 a.m. at Walker Baptist Church, Golden, Miss., with Bro. Andy Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery, Golden, Miss.

Survivors are her husband of 28 years, J.C. Torrence, Golden, Miss.; one daughter, Mallory Wooten and husband Zac, Golden, Miss.; two sons, Dustin Osbirn and wife Amanda, Dennis, Miss., and Michael Osbirn, Fulton, Miss.; four grandchildren, Dakota Osbirn, Emma Osbirn, Eli Osbirn and Walker Wooten; one sister, Sherry Johnson and husband Albert; step-mother, Barbara Chilcoat; aunt, Brenda Brown and husband Lanny; and uncle, Reggie Waddle and wife Barbara.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Otis Lynn Chilcoat and Carolyn Waddle Chilcoat, and a brother, Terry Chilcoat.

Pallbearers will be Zac Wooten, Lanny Brown, Albert Johnson, Austin Johnson and Darrell Mitchell.

Visitation will be March 6 from 6-9 p.m. at Walker Baptist Church.
