RPD arrests burglary suspect

July 29 in the evening, the Russellville Police Department received an alarm call from a local pharmacy. RPD reports patrol officers saw a man exiting the building. They stopped to question him; he fled on foot.

After a shot pursuit, Sanorris Sanchez Ricks, 28, of Town Creek, was taken into custody without incident. Ricks is charged with burglary, third; theft, second; possession of burglary tools; giving false name to obstruct justice; attempting to elude police; and resisting arrest.
