Mildred Ann Perry, 55, died Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014 at North Ms. Medical Center, Hamilton. She was born in St. Louis, Mo. and was a homemaker.

Services were Saturday, Aug. 9, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, RedBay.  Burial was in ButlerCemetery, Golden, Miss.

Survivors are four daughters, Melissa Self and husband, Jimmy, and Felicia Welch and husband, Joey, all of Hackleburg, and Candace Welch and husband, Robbie and Tashala Mayhall, all of Vina; and five grandchildren, Kyle Welch, Madison Welch, Kimberly Welch, Briauna Welch and Abagail Welch.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Raymond Perry and Mildred Lena Meyer Perry and two brothers, Thomas James “Jim” Perry and William Raymond “Bill” Perry Jr.

Pallbearers were Anthony Self, Kevin Bracken, Lewis Baggett, Robbie Welch, Joey Welch and Jimmy Self. Honorary pallbearer will be Kyle Welch.

Visitation was Friday, Aug. 8, 2014, at Deaton Funeral Home, RedBay.
