Charles “Dee” Lester Garrison

Charles “Dee” Lester Garrison, 76, Phil Campbell, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2013, at his residence.

The visitation was Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville, prior to chapel funeral service with Sister Carolyn Baker officiating. Interment was in Blue Springs Cemetery with military honors.

Pallbearers will be nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Willie V. Garrison; brother, Douglas Garrison; grandmother, Evie Dickson.

He is survived by his mother, Orene Garrison; brother, Elgin Garrison; sisters, Doris Faye and Bobby Baker, Kathy and husband, Wyatt Hutcheson; fiancée, Sherry Marbutt; several nieces and nephews.

He was a retired US Air Force Master Sergeant.
