Moses Blackburn, 52, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at his residence.

He was born Feb. 29, 1960, in Franklin County.

Graveside services were Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Old Burleson Cemetery, Vina, with Bro. J.C. Blackburn officiating. Burial was in Old Burleson Cemetery, Vina.

Survivors are one sister, Mildred Ewing and husband, Kenny, of Golden, Miss., and two brothers, Marlin Blackburn, Vina, and Mike Blackburn, Limestone.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Lee Blackburn, his mother, Ruby Faye Crane Blackburn, a brother, Ike Blackburn and a sister, Mabelene Baker.
