Billy Joe Bain, 59, died Thursday, April 26, 2012, at his residence. He was a native of Alabama and a carpenter.

Graveside services were Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Strickland Cemetery, Red Bay, with Bro. Hal Holt officiating. Burial was in Strickland Cemetery, Red Bay.

Survivors are two brothers, Eddie Bain and Jerry Lee Bain, both of Red Bay; one sister, Lanice Bain, Red Bay; his mother, Hazelean Bain, Red Bay; three nieces and one great-niece.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Bain and a brother, Hoyt Bain.
