Lurlia Beatrice Dill, 87, Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at Shoals Hospital.

Funeral services were Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Jackie Richardson officiating.  Burial was in Franklin Memory Gardens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Dill; parents, Allen and Esther Taylor; siblings, Odie Taylor, Delmar Taylor and Stella Taylor

She is survived by her daughter, Peggy King and husband, Terry; son, Charles Dill and wife, Johnnie Ruth; 7 grandchildren, Vickey Cook, Kim Gardner, Jeff Dill, Barry Dill, Brian McMurry, Shannon McMurry, Greg McMurry; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Hershel Taylor, Lawrence Taylor, Fronia Horton, Jewel Nagle and Bob Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers were grandsons and nephews.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Cozart, Northwest Alabama Cancer Center, Southern Care Hospice, and 4th Floor Nurses at Shoals Hospital for the care given to Mrs. Dill.
