Billy Rice Keeton, 68 , of Tuscumbia, Ala. passed away Thursday, August 18, 2011.  Visitation will be 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Akins Funeral Home.  The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel.  Burial will be at Phil Campbell City Cemetery.
