Hardin, Gresham promoted at Community Spirit Bank

RED BAY – Billy Bolton, Chairman of the Board at Community Spirit Bank, today announced two promotions.

Veteran banker Rhonda Hardin is named Vice President and Lending Manager/Loan Officer while Rhonda Gresham is promoted to Assistant Vice President and Lending Operations Manager, as well as Executive Assistant to the President, CEO.

Hardin is a 1983 graduate of Red Bay High School and earned her degree from Northwest Shoals Community College in 1987. She has completed studies at the ICBAA Banking School, conducted at Samford University and completed the Southeastern School of Consumer Credit.

She joined Community Spirit Bank in 1985 as a receptionist and, five years later, was named Secretary to the Executive Vice President as well as a Loan Processor.

In 1998, she was promoted to Loan Officer and managed the Hackleburg Branch from 2002 through 2004. Until this most recent promotion, Hardin served as Loan Administrator/Processing Supervisor.

She and her husband, Jimmy, have one child, Colt Hardin.

Gresham is a 1993 graduate of Red Bay High School and attended Northwest Shoals Community College. She joined Community Spirit Bank in April, 2004 and served first as an Assistant to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Most recently, she had served as an Assistant to the Senior Lender.

She has completed a wide array of courses, ranging from Principles of Banking to Residential Mortgage Lending, Consumer and Commercial Lending, Economics and Laws of Banking. Ms. Gresham is currently enrolled as a student in the Barret Graduate School of Banking, held at Christian Brothers University, Memphis, with a scheduled graduation date of May, 2013.

She and her husband, Jeff, have two children, Brooke and Dylan.

“I am pleased to announce these promotions, which will serve our Loan Department well for quite some time to come,” Bolton said.
