Arrests made during weekend house party
RED BAY – The Red Bay Police Department made three arrests this Saturday after three small children were found at a party where alcoholic beverages were being served.
Brandi Baker, 22, of Red Bay, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and having an open house party; Christopher Emore, 31, and Poney Williams, 23, both of Hamilton, were both charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to Red Bay Police Chief Janna Jackson, officers received a disturbance call about 10 p.m. on Saturday stating there was excessive noise at a local apartment complex.
Jackson said when officers arrived on the scene, they discovered a minor was present at the party and had been consuming alcohol.
Jackson also said three young children were present during the party and the Franklin County Department of Human Resources was contacted after the three arrests were made.
