New school year an exciting time for most

As school gets back into full swing over the next couple of weeks and everyone settles back into a routine, we should all be mindful of all we have here.
We are blessed to have two excellent school systems, the Franklin County school system and the Russellville city system.
They both have had outstanding histories of producing top-level faculty members and students.
Thanks to community support, both systems offer our children the tools they need to succeed.
This weekend, a group of church youth groups went to schools in the area praying for a safe and prosperous school year.
It's that type of community support and leadership that has made our systems what they are.
