Howard Alfred Balding

Howard Alfred Balding, age 87, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2007, at Russellville Hospital.
Mr. Balding was formerly of Moran, Kansas, but had lived in Russelvlille for the past three years. He was retired from Santa Fe Railroad.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 29, 2007, at Highland Cemetery in Iola, Kansas, with Dr. Gene Balding officiating. Interment will follow.
Mr. Balding is survived by his son, Dr. Gene Balding and wife Jean, of Russellville; his sister, Norma Hutcheson of Wichita, Kansas; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pinkard Funeral Home assisted the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Russellville Building Fund.
