Warrant leads to seven arrests on drug charges

Russellville Police arrested seven suspects on possession charges while executing a search warrant Friday night.
Russellville Police executed a warrant at 614 Cotaco Street, a suspected gambling establishment, at around 9 p.m, Chris Hargett, police chief, said.
George Earl Craig, 37; Douglas Craig, 39; Marcus Laverne Hill, 29; Hope Elaine Craig, 36; Otis James Suggs, 55; Regina Bonds, 35; and Demond Curtis Hamilton, 34, were arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. Hill was also charged with promoting gambling, Hargett said.
Hill was released on $5,500 bond, and the others were released on $3,500 bond.
