Glasgow C. Miller, Eula Lindsey Taylor

Glasgow C. Miller, age 84, of
Russellville, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2006.
Mr. Miller was a loving father and grandfather. He will be greatly missed by all. He attended Belgreen Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Marie Howard Miller; a son, Conrad Miller; his parents, Johnny and Martha Miller; two sisters, Marie Parrish and Austell Bolton; four brothers, Travis, John, Archie and Dan; a granddaughter, Teresa Miller; and a grandson, Tray Don Miller.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2006, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Dennis Steward and Bro. Paul Hulsey officiating. Interment was in Belgreen Cemetery.
Mr. Miller is survived by three sons, Don Miller and wife Linda, of Russellville, Bobby Miller and wife Linda, of Belgreen, and Terry Miller of Russellville; a daughter, Martha Devaney and husband Neal, of Tuscumbia; two brothers, Raymond Miller of Spruce Pine and Ralph Miller of Russellville; two sisters, Doris Tollison of Russellville and Minnie Winstead of Florence; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Spry Chapel assisted the family.
Eula Lindsey Taylor, age 69, of Liberty, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2006, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb.
Mrs. Taylor was born October 30, 1936, to Z.B. and Minnie Brazil Lindsey. She was originally from the Sandy Springs/Fairview area but lived the last years of her life in Liberty with her husband and daughter. Mrs. Taylor lived her life by the example of the woman in Proverbs 31. She attended Liberty Baptist Church, where she was very active teaching Sunday School, GA's and Cub Scouts. She was preceded in death by her parents; her oldest brother, Monroe Lindsey; and her older sisters, Fanny Pruitt and Opal Patterson.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel in Red Bay with Bro. William Waddle and Bro. Charles Holcomb. Interment was in Sandy Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Mrs. Taylor's nephews.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by her devoted husband, Paul L. Taylor; one daughter, Dawn Taylor of Liberty, Mississippi; one son, Paul A. Taylor and wife Jean English Taylor, of Cleveland, Tennessee; two granddaughters, Bobbie Lindsey Taylor and Avery Ellyce Taylor; one sister, Eupal Thorn of Red Bay; and one brother, J.D. Lindsey of Golden, Mississippi.
Deaton Funeral Home assisted the family.
