Services for Bobby Rawls will be held Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Steve Winstead and Dr. Malcolm Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Rawls, 43, of Tupelo, died Friday, Sept. 3, 2004, in Tupelo.
Survivors include his parents, Bob and Dot Rawls of Meridian; a sister, Rhonda Moore and her husband, Vance, of Meridian; nephews, Crawford Moore and Christopher Moore; a companion of 15 years, Virginia Yoe of Tupelo; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roger Rawls and Lena Rawls; and his maternal grandparents, Ernest Crawford and Irene Crawford.
Pallbearers will be Gary Newell, Jeff Newell, Greg Crawford, Scott Jay, Hal Herrington and Tony Herrington.
Visitation will be held today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Services for Otto Sumrall will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Family Life Center in Quitman with the Rev. James Hopson officiating. Burial will be in Archusa Memorial Gardens with Berry &Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Sumrall, 93, of Quitman, died Thursday, Sept. 2, 2004, at H.C. Watkins Hospital. He was a cement finisher.
Survivors include his daughters, Mary McCree, Juanita Emily, Bonita Bland and Shirlene Collier, all of St. Paul, Minn., and Jackie Coleman of Mobile, Ala.; sons, Prentis Sumrall of Houston, Texas, Charles Sumrall of Chicago, Richard Sumrall of Atlanta, John Otis Sumrall also known as Yahya Shabazz of Chula Vista, Calf.; James Sumrall, Lonnie Sumrall and Randall Sumrall, all of Quitman; 47 grandchildren; and 76 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
