Evans, Guy

Regina Evans of Moss, and James Terry and Ann Evans of Sandersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Marie Evans, to Richard Allen Guy, son of Wayne and Lynn Guy of Collinsville.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 12, 2004, at 6 p.m. at Moss First Church of God.
Ms. Evans is the granddaughter of J.C. and Frances Anderson of Moss, James Edward and Hester Evans of Laurel and the late Dorence Evans.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Stringer Attendance Center and received an associate's degree from Jones County Junior College. She received bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Southern Mississippi.
While attending JCJC, she was a member of the nationally ranked Bobcat Cheerleading Squad and served as vice-president of the Student Government Association.
Ms. Evans is employed by Heidelberg Academy and Laurel Gymnastics and Cheer.
Mr. Guy is the grandson of Judy Lollar of Collinsville and the late Rev. Harold Lollar, Claudia and Harry Peeler of Meridian and the late George "Buster" Guy of Meridian.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of West Lauderdale High School and received an associate's degree from East Mississippi Community College. He earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from the University of Southern Mississippi.
While attending EMCC, he was a member of the Lions Baseball Team. He is employed by Rush Foundation Hospital.
A reception will be held in the church's fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
