Steven and Brandi Foreman of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, C'erra Elaine, on March 19, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Foreman is the former Brandi DeAnne Bishop.
Catrina Ortiz and Michael Bryant of Daleville announce the birth of a daughter, Mikyla Tijhay Bryant, on March 20, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Jason and Mendi Shirley of Toomsuba announce the birth of a son, Ethan Perry, on March 20, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Shirley is the former Mendi Lee Moore.
Joni Bozeman and Jay Tanksley Jr. of DeKalb announce the birth of a daughter, Bianca Renee Tanksley, on March 21, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Kelli and Lance Ivy of Stonewall announce the birth of a son, Joshua Caden, on March 22, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Ivy is the former Kelli Fleming.
Sharon and Kenneth French of Union announce the birth of a daughter, Katelyn Rose, on March 22, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. French is the former Sharon Nicholson.
Leslie Lay of Forest announces the birth of a son, Seddarrian Tavontaye De'Shawn Lay, on March 23, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Latyra Chambliss of Meridian announces the birth of a daughter, Tyre'Onna Zy'Quaisha Chambliss, on March 23, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Adeela and Rehan Azhar of Philadelphia announce the birth of a daughter, Hadia Azhar, on March 23, 2004, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Mrs. Azhar is the former Adeela Ehsan.
