Pettis, Williams

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pettis of Clarke County announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Marie, to David Oliver Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Algie Williams of Clarke County.
The wedding will be Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, at 6 p.m. at DeSoto Baptist Church in Clarke County.
Miss Pettis is the granddaughter of Lonamina Freeman Price of Pachuta and the late John Redden Price of Tuscaloosa, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Pettis of Clarke County.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Quitman High School and received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Miss Pettis is employed with Sprint PCS of Meridian.
Mr. Williams is the grandson of Dorothy Napp Grisham and the late Rev. Otha F. Grisham, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Porter Williams.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Quitman High School and received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University. He is employed with Rick Justice in Meridian.
A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony. Family and friends are invited to attend.
