Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Howard Murray Hailey Sr. of Preston.
Mrs. Tarlton is the former Janie Faye Hailey of Preston.
Melanie Sharp of Meridian announces the birth of a son, Dakota Robert, on Sept. 4, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Maternal grandparent is Elaine Randall of Meridian.
Josh and Mandy Rutledge of Meridian announce the birth of a son, Zachary Paul, on Sept. 23, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Jennifer and Mike Bush, and Paul Rutledge.
Maternal grandparents are Martha and Donald Shirley.
Mrs. Rutledge is the former Mandy Shirley.
