Betts, Blue

Zachariah Betts and Jeanette Betts of Toomsuba announce the engagement of their daughter, Tinisha, to James Samuel Blue, son of Otis Blue and Essie Blue of Prattville, Ala.
The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Meridian.
Miss Betts is the granddaughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Tony Burks of Meridian, and the late Rev. Joseph Betts and Esther Betts of Toomsuba.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received a bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University.
She is employed as an accountant at International Paper Company in Prattville.
Mr. Blue is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Otis Blue Sr.
He is a graduate of Prattville High School and is employed as a power plant operator at International Paper in Prattville.
