Cynthia Danetta Cole and James Walton were married Monday, June 2, 2003, in Arlington, Texas.
Parents of the bride are Saundra Hill of Clinton and Virgil Cole of Meridian. She is the granddaughter of Bertha Atterberry of Clinton and Odell Dyess of Enterprise.
The bridegroom is the son of Francis Walton of Fort Worth, Texas, and the late Galvester Walton.
The bride is employed with the Texas Department of Human Services and received her bachelor's degree from Columbia College in Fort Worth, Texas.
She is currently pursuing her master's degree. The bride is a 1995 graduate of Clinton High School.
The bridegroom attended the University of North Texas and presently works for Robb and Stuckey.
He is currently is on a semi-professional football team and plays for the Dallas Diesel.
The couple resides in Arlington.
