Burt, Bell

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Cooper of Carthage and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Burt of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacqueline Burt, to Casey Bell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stacy Bell of Carthage.
The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at 6 p.m. at Carthage United Methodist Church.
Miss Burt is the granddaughter of Ramona Brooks of Carthage and the late Willis J. Brooks, Aline Plilar of Hickory and the late J.D. Plilar, Eva Mae Cooper of Carthage and the late Thomas Cecil Cooper, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hamrick of Meridian.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Carthage High School and is attending Mississippi State University pursuing a degree in psychology.
Mr. Bell is the grandson of Maxine Richmond of Carthage and the late Jerry Richmond, and Mr. and Mrs. Dalton Bell of Carthage.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Carthage High School and received a degree in business administration from Mississippi State University.
Mr. Bell is employed by Citizens National Bank.
A reception will be held at Leake County Country Club following the ceremony.
