Aiding Frazier and McWilliams was Frazier's hole-in-one on the par-3, 123-yard No. 17.
Coming in fourth place was the team of Bo Welch and Joe Rush, who entered Sunday's round just two strokes off the pace.
Gordon and Carle opened the day with a birdie on No. 1 to take a three-stroke lead over playing partners Welch and Rush. A bogey on No. 4 cut their lead back to two strokes.
Meanwhile, Frazier and McWilliams, who started on No. 4, had an eagle on the par-5, 517-yard No. 6 and a birdie on the par-3, 132-yard No. 7 to trim their six-stroke deficit down to three.
Frazier and McWilliams ran into disaster on No. 10 as they took a double-bogey on the par-4, 388-yard hole.
Welch and Rush met their Waterloo on No. 12, a par-5, 525-yard challenge, as they took a double-bogey to fall out of contention.
Meanwhile, Gordon and Carle picked up birdies on Nos. 7, 9, and 10 to take control of the tournament.
