MHP: No charges likely in fatal accident

The Mississippi Highway Patrol continues to investigate a Dec. 9 wreck in which a DeKalb man died.
Richard Bohannon, 26, died after the 1981 Chevrolet car he was driving came into collision with a 2002 Dodge truck driven by Thomas B. Baysinger, 43, of Meridian.
Sgt. Mike Cain said Bohannon was driving south on Highway 39, Baysinger west on Briarwood Road.
The collision happened at 3:26 p.m. Cain said Baysinger and one of his children sustained minor injuries.
Cain said he doesn't anticipate filing any charges against Baysinger.
