Hooks, Pitts

Lucinda Ann Pitts of Marion and Jerry Christopher Hooks of Meridian were married Oct. 21, 2002, at The Chapel in the Glen in Gatlinburg, Tenn., with the Rev. Dr. Mike Simpson officiating.
Parents of the couple are Juanita Pitts and the late Roy Pitts, and Jerry and Brenda Hooks, all of Meridian.
The bride was given in marriage by her brother-in-law, Jim Taylor.
Maid of honor was Lesley Taylor of Meridian and the father of the bridegroom served as best man.
Jacob Taylor of Meridian was ring bearer.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, the couple resides in Marion.
